Ingredients
600 gr Perline® eggplants
parsley as needed
a few garlic cloves
lemon juice
salt
extra virgin olive oil
GRILLED PERLINE
Serves 4
Preparation
Slice the Perline® lenghtwise without peeling. Heat a grill pan where you will place the Perline® and cook for about 5 minutes on each side. Arrange them on a dish and sprinkle with parsley and minced garlic. Pour a little olive oil and lemon juice. Serve cold as an appetizer or side dish.
