NNUMARI 2019

From October 2 to 4 2019 on the coast of Southern Sicily, the Michelin starred chef Pino Cuttaia, the event’s creator and promoter, gathered chefs, reporters, economists, fishermen, farmers, producers, artisans, entrepreneurs and artists to think about sustainability in the Mediterranen area and to build replicable and sharable social and environmental development models. LIBRI D'AMARE

Libri d’Amare is a beautiful literary festival, now at its fifth edition, that every year takes place in the wonderful village of Punta Secca. We’re happy to give our support to such an amazing event this year.

GOURMESSE 2017

NOTTE ROSE' 2017

8 amazing restaurants, 4 rose wines by Azienda Agricola G. Milazzo, many tastings of the best local products and a lot of fun for the sixth edition of the pink summer event. Oasi- Osteria del Mare restaurant in Licata hosted the event for foodies and wine lovers, that come to this exclusive event. This initiative every year gathers in Licata the best of Sicilian food and wine, but has now spread all over Italy, with many chefs and companies that are supporting and taking part to this event.

CIBO NOSTRUM 2017

Taking part to such events fill our hearts because it makes us realize how many local professionals put dedication and commitment in what they do. Alfio Visalli, that we thank for giving us a little space in his booth for Centro Surgelati di Acireale and Blu Lab Academy. He surprised everyone with an amazing 217 kg red tuna! Thank you also to two dear friends of La Perla del Sud: Rita Russotto and Manuel di Stefano of Satra restaurant in Scicli. They prepared a beautiful recipe with our Perlina eggplant for Cibo Nostrum 2017.

NUOVO MULINO SOPRANO

We would like to thank everyone who took part to the amazing event Nuovo Molino Soprano at Locanda Gulfi and all the chefs and other sponsors that contributed to make this a very special event, with local produce turned into art and paired with great wines. We are proud of been part of this beautiful initiative and wish the very best to Mulino Soprano.

NATURAL & ORGANIC PRODUCTS  2017

We took part to Natural & Organic products food exhibition in London. It was amazing to be there and to meet many amazing producers, both Italians and international, that make amazing natural and organic products like our tomato preserves. See you soon!

SICILIA CONTINENTE GASTRONOMICO 2016

Some of the moments from the amazing event Sicilia Continente Gastronomico, organized by Le Soste di Ulisse. In the beautiful setting of Grand Hotel Villa Igiea in Palermo, we spent two days tasting the best food, made by the very best Sicilian chefs, immersing ourselves into the culture and tradition of our beloved Sicily, with the aim of bringing all over the world the message of “Sicily Gourmet Continent”: the ancient and precious food culture of a Sicily yet to be fully discovered. We thank Le Soste di Ulisse for inviting us to the event and all the chefs and food producers that we had the pleasure of meeting here, and also everyone who tried and loved our products.

NOTTE ROSE' 2016

Six Michelin chefs known all over the world, 4 rose wines by Azienda Agricola G. Milazzo, many many guests and a lot of pink made the fifth edition of Notte Rosè. Pino Cuttaia delighted everyone with his Old-time Ice-cream. Plenty of degustations of the best excellent local products: bruschetta and pasta made with the products by Olio di Fousseni, Perlina eggplants, tomatoes and tomato preserves by La Perla del Sud.

SCALE DEL GUSTO

Sud Tourism organization is pleased to introduce the first event dedicated to promoting local food and cultural tradition: “Scale del Gusto”, a culturally relevant event with the aim of promoting and encouraging cultural activities and local production, through the tasting of tradition and roots. The event will take place throughout the stairs leading from Ragusa to Ibla and the 5 Unesco monuments, peculiar location that will be hosting typical local food tasting as well as live shows, workshops and discussions.

NOTTE ROSE' 2015

On the menu of the 2015 Notte Rosè edition the DOP local products selected by Made al Sud and the vegetables and tomato preserves by La Perla del Sud. During the event there will be a live performance by painter Gaetano Vella, who will be promoting the Walk in progress project to mobilize people that love their own territory.

The event is organized by YES! thanks to the collaboration of Azienda Agricola G. Milazzo, OASI Licata, Uovodiseppia and the support of many sponsors: AutomobilFrance Peugeot, Vivaio Iris, Macelleria Salumeria Pennisi, La Perla del Sud, FLY Cinema, Gelateria La Dolce Vita, Olio Val Paradiso.

EXPO MILANO 2015

We are happy to be taking part to Expo 2015 in Milan, together with the Sicily region in the “Cluster Biomediterraneo” booth which will be shared between all the countries in the Mediterranean area, who have turned this lifestyle into a philosophy, just like we did.

The theme “Feeding the planet, Energy for Life” is very close to our hearts, as it’s perfectly in line with our own personal and working ethic. Anything related to healthy food and Mediterranean diet is passion to us and we are honored to pass this treasure onto the new generations through the use of our products.

Expo Milan 2015 is the biggest event ever on food and nutrition. For 6 months Milan will be a global showcase where every country will show the best technologies to give an answer to a vital need: ensuring healthy food, safe and sufficient to all people, respecting the Planet and its balance. An exhibition area of 1,1 million square meters, more than 140 countries and International Organizations involved, more than 20 million visitor expected.

Expo Milan 2015 will be a discussion platform of ideas and solutions on the nutrition theme, stimulating countries’ creativity and promoting innovations for a sustainable future. Expo Milan 2015 will also give everyone a chance to taste the world’s best cuisines and discover the excellent traditional food products of every country.

NOTTE ROSE' 2014

Exclusively for the guests at Notte Rosè 2014 a tasting of the new products by La Perla del Sud.

“Old fashion peeled by hand tomatoes”, “Ristretto naturale of baby plum tomato” and “Baby plum tomato sauce” will be used to create the pink menu. Original and unique products made with the precious consulting of Michelin starred chef Pino Cuttaia. All guests will receive a free sample of “Ristretto naturale of baby plum tomato” created by chef Pino Cuttaia.

NOTTE ROSE' 2013

Licata turns pink again.

After the great success of the first edition, the Notte Rosè is back, to present the rosè wines by Azienda Agricola G. Milazzo, paired with the excellent local food products. Fish, bread, olive oil are just some of the ingredients that were tasted during the best summer food event. The Notte Rosè is an occasion for food lovers to discover or rediscover some of the raw materials that belong to Sicily’s culinary heritage. Many the people attending the event: food experts, lovers and reporters.

La Perla del Sud supplied Perlina eggplants, cherry tomatoes and baby plum tomatoes.

CHEF'S CUP SUDTIROL 2010

The outstanding gourmet cuisine: the world’s best chefs meet in the snow.

Amedeo Modigliani inspired the unpublished menu.

Alta Badia – By Norbert Niederkofler’s idea, Michelin starred chef, the fifth edition of Chef’s Cup Südtirol 2010. A gourmand and lifestyle event that gathers the best national and international chefs, in a breathtaking frame of Alta Badia, “the best location of the Alpes”, as awarded by Italian Touring Club in 2008. The Dolo”Mitics” are the main characters of this traditional feast, the three Michelin starred chefs of Alta Badia: Norbert Niederkofler from restaurant St. Hubertus 2**, Claudio Melis from restaurant La Siriola 1* and Arturo Spicocchi from restaurant La Stüa de Michil 1* that will be hosting the event with people coming from all over Italy and the world.
