Alta Badia (BZ) – From a Norbert Niederkofler idea, two star Michelin chef, the fifth edition of the Chef’s Cup Südtirol 2010 is back. A lifestyle and gourmand date, which gathers the main personalities from national and international cuisine, in the breathtaking surroundings of the Alta Badia, the famous mountain location which in 2008 received the title of “Best resort of the Alps” from the Italian Touring Club. The main characters of this traditional feast are the “Dolo-Mythical”, three Michelin chefs of the Alta Badia: Norbert Niederkofler restaurant St. Hubertus 2 Michelin stars, Claudio Melis restaurant La Siriola 1 Michelin star and Arturo Spicocchi restaurant La Stüa de Michil 1 Michelin star, who will host friends and colleagues coming from all over Italy and the world.
