Rosé Night 2013
Pink stands in the spotlight of Licata.
After the great success of the last edition, the Rosé Night is back, to show the rosé wines of the “G. Milazzo” winery, in combination with the great local culinary delights. Fish, bread, olive oil are just some of the ingredients that were made available for tasting, during what has now become the main culinary summer event. The Rosé Night is the chance for lovers of food and wine to rediscover some of the “raw materials” that belong to the wide Sicilian culinary heritage. The pink menu, specifically created for the event, had the purpose of enhancing the features of the rosé wines of the G. Milazzo winery. Just a few steps from the sea, accompanied by the quit lapping of waves, the simplicity and elegance of the Sicilian products along with the beauty of the wine created an extraordinary blend.
The Rosé Night, this edition held on the 04th of July, emerges as a date for the promotion of the whole area, beyond the regional and national boundaries. A unique event for Licata for the celebration of summer and local excellences, organized by the communication company YES! which Oasi Beach welcomed straight away with enthusiasm . The bathhouse, decorated and lit up in pink for the occasion, became a showcase for the Licata area and its excellences. The singer Manola Micalizzi from Catania, a DOC Sicilian artist with the soul of Brazilian poetry, performed at the event.
